We’ll officially kick things off with a 2-hour strategy workshop to get crystal clear on your objectives, ideal audience, and unique value proposition.
Customer Interviews
I’ll conduct in-depth interviews with up to ten of your clients to best understand how to speak in a way that will resonate with your target audience.
Brand Messaging Guide
Using the insights from the strategy session and customer interviews, I’ll develop a Brand Messaging Guide to give you the foundation to build a strong, genuine, and effective connection with your audience.
Implementation
We’ll work together to implement the principles from your Brand Message Guide so you can be laser-focused on your core message in all of your touchpoints and build trust with your audience.
Support
We’ll meet for a post-implementation follow-up to ensure you feel confident implementing your powerful new brand message. I’ll be a resource for any questions and will be available for ongoing support.

We’ll take it up a notch by elaborating on the strategy workshop and audience analysis. I’ll meet with you to have a weekly check-in to ensure the seamless implementation of your brand messaging throughout your various brand touchpoints.
